Mina Chana is a partner, lawyer and trademark agent with Bereskin & Parr LLP, and she practices primarily in the firm’s Mississauga Office. Mina’s practice focuses on Canadian and international trademark protection and she has extensive experience in trademark clearance and search analysis, filing and prosecuting trademark applications, opposition and expungement proceedings, and trademark protection strategy. She is regularly involved in the management of Canadian and international trademark portfolios of many Canadian and International clients.
Mina is actively involved with the International Trademark Association (INTA). She is currently a member of INTA’s Law Firms Committee.
Prior to joining Bereskin & Parr LLP, Mina practiced exclusively in the area of intellectual property with two other Canadian law firms.
