About Nicole

Nicole Hunter is the Director of Human Resources & Administration at Bereskin & Parr. In her role, Nicole leads the Human Resources, Office Services, and Trademarks and Patents Practice Group Support teams and is also a member of Bereskin & Parr’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee and Culture Committee.

Nicole has over 22 years of broad human resources experience, supporting and leading the human resources function in both the professional services and public sector, with many of those years spent in the legal industry. She is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) with a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources Management from Humber College and a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree from Queen’s University. Nicole has also completed the Mental Health First Aid Certificate through Mental Health Commission of Canada and the San’yas: Indigenous Cultural Safety Training through the Provincial Health Services Authority of B.C.

With a passion for giving back, Nicole sits as an Executive Board Member for a non-profit social services agency, is the HR Committee Lead on the Board of Directors of a non-profit childcare centre, and is the current TLOMA HR SIG Leader for 2022/2023.
