Joanna is a member of the firm’s Electrical & Computer Technology group. Her practice focuses on drafting and prosecuting patent applications related to software-based technologies, electrical innovations, and medical devices and applications. She enjoys learning about new technologies from inventors and advising clients on the development of an effective IP portfolio.

Reshika is a member of the firm’s Electrical & Computer Technology group. Her practice focuses on drafting and prosecuting patent applications with a particular focus on electrical and software-based innovations. She enjoys learning about new technologies and helping startups and high-tech entrepreneurs with developing an effective IP portfolio.
Wynnie Chan, B.Com., J.D.

Wynnie is a member of the firm’s Trademarks practice group. Her practice focuses on trademarks, licensing and related litigation, in addition to copyright & digital media, marketing and advertising law. Prior to commencing her legal career, she held a number of managerial marketing and communications positions in Silicon Valley at high tech companies developing brands, overseeing marketing and advertising campaigns and dealing with anti-spam issues.
