Cynthia Rowden writes for the Federated Press regarding Reckitt v. Jamieson and an April 23, 2015 decision from the Federal Court of Appeal. The decision dismissed an appeal of an interlocutory injunction regarding the advertising, sale and distribution of supplements under the name OMEGARED.

Cynthia notes that the case is "noteworthy for many reasons, not merely because the granting of interim and interlocutory injunctions by the Federal Court in Canada is rare, but that the decision was upheld on appeal."
