Clean Tech
Bereskin & Parr LLP’s Clean Tech practice group provides legal as well as patent and trademark agency services to companies in clean technology, energy, and environmental technology businesses. We help these companies procure, license, and enforce intellectual property.
The members of our Clean Tech group include lawyers and patent and trademark agents with engineering and scientific educations and industry experience related to clean and environmental technologies. Our Clean Tech group also includes lawyers and trademark agents with experience in advertising, packaging and labeling; competition; and trademark law related to marketing green or environmental products.
We assist clients secure and protect their intellectual property in products or services that generate alternative or renewable energy, improve energy efficiency, use recycled materials, and reduce natural resource consumption, pollutants, emissions of carbon dioxide, and other greenhouse gasses.
