Bereskin & Parr LLP has one of the strongest biotechnology and pharmaceutical IP practices in Canada. Our specialized group is comprised of professionals with strong scientific backgrounds which include graduate and doctoral degrees in immunology, organic chemistry, biochemistry, and biophysics. These technical backgrounds, combined with industry and legal experience, allow us to maintain an open and active dialogue with members of the scientific community on subjects relating to their inventions and the appropriate intellectual property protection.
