Victor's practice is focused on obtaining patent protection in the computer software and mechanical fields, as well as the licensing of technology, particularly software licensing. Victor also advises clients on opinions, licensing, acquisition, exploitation, and management of intellectual property rights.

Before joining Bereskin & Parr, Victor practiced at several Canadian intellectual property law firms. In addition, he held the position of Intellectual Property Counsel for a Canadian wireless software company.
