Terry EdwardsB.B.A.Terry practices exclusively in the trademark field, with an emphasis on clearance, prosecution and protection, including oppositions and non-use proceedings. Terry was the recipient of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada’s (IPIC) Educational Foundation Prize for highest standing in the trademark agents examination. Terry is actively involved with the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC). She is currently a member of INTA’s Canadian Intellectual Property Office Subcommittee of the Trademark Office Practices Committee (TOPC). She is also the Director of the Managing Trademark Disputes Course for the 2012 IPIC-McGill University summer courses in intellectual property. |
