Paul HorbalB.A.Sc., M.Sc. (Elec. Eng.), J.D.Paul works with clients to assess their patent and licensing needs. His practice has an emphasis on electrical engineering, information technology and computer-implemented innovations. Paul has prepared and secured patents for a diverse array of clients, including software/high-tech startups, university researchers and major telecommunications companies. In his graduate research, Paul studied energy recovering integrated circuits for use in low power digital signal processors.
