Paul works with clients to assess their patent and licensing needs. His practice has an emphasis on electrical engineering, information technology and computer-implemented innovations.

Paul has prepared and secured patents for a diverse array of clients, including software/high-tech startups, university researchers and major telecommunications companies. In his graduate research, Paul studied energy recovering integrated circuits for use in low power digital signal processors. He also has significant experience with technologies related to the Internet, including web application software and networking systems.
