Eng.)Michel’s practice focuses on preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the mechanical and high tech fields, and advising clients on patentability issues and patent management strategies. Michel has experience working in the engineering departments of and acting as a technical specialist for large international companies. Michel is a past President of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC), has served on IPIC’s Patent Agents Examining Board and is a member of their Self Governance and Foundation committees. Michel is also a past President of the Canadian Group of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI). Michel is fluent in English and French. |
