Meghan Dillon is a partner, lawyer and registered trademark agent at Bereskin & Parr LLP.
Meghan's practice focuses on all aspects of brand protection. Her trademark practice includes providing opinions and advice on registrability, filing and prosecuting applications, representing clients before the Trade-marks Opposition Board in opposition and expungement proceedings, and assisting clients with the management of their domestic and international trademark portfolios.
Meghan is Chair of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada's (IPIC) Trademark Agent Training Course Committee and a member of the Editorial Board of the CIPR. She is also a member of The Trademark Reporter Committee through the International Trademarks Association (INTA).
Meghan has experience in negotiating and drafting various types of author agreements from working for several years at a well-known Canadian publishing house. During this time, she also obtained a Certificate in Publishing from Ryerson Polytechnic University.
