Julian HoB.Sc. (Comp. Sci.), J.D.Julian’s practice focuses on assisting in the drafting and prosecuting of patents with a particular focus on software and electrical innovations. Julian has worked as an associate software engineer at a business operations software company in Vancouver and has held co-op positions with a semiconductor company, a software developer, and a touch-screen developer. Prior to joining the firm, Julian was an editor for theCourt.ca blog at Osgoode Hall Law School for several years, and he continues to write for theCourt.ca and IPOsgoode.ca. Prior to being admitted to the Bar, Julian was both a summer and articling student with the firm. |
