Jonathan BurkinshawB.A., M.A., J.D.Jonathan’s practice focuses on trademarks, licensing, and related litigation, in addition to new media/copyright, marketing, and advertising law. Prior to attending law school, Jonathan spent two years working as a magazine editor and writer publishing articles in Saturday Night, the Literary Review of Canada, and others. During his third year of law school, Jonathan served as the senior editor of the intellectual property law section of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review. Jonathan was both a summer student and articling student with Bereskin & Parr LLP. |
