Jerry Chen’s practice focuses on litigation in all areas of intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyright, and confidential information.
While attending law school, Jerry was an Assistant Editor of the University of Toronto Law Review. He also helped organize the University of Toronto Technology and Intellectual Property (TIP) Group Conference. As part of a special program offered by the law school, Jerry spent a year working as a legal editor at a large international law firm in Tokyo, Japan.
Prior to being admitted to the Bar, Jerry was an articling student with the firm.
Jerry is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Japanese.
