Jean-Pierre BouchardB.Sc. (Mech. Eng.), J.D.Jean-Pierre’s practice focuses on litigation in all areas of intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyright, and confidential information, before the Federal and Ontario Courts. He also has experience in patent prosecution matters. Prior to commencing his career in law, Jean-Pierre worked at an Ottawa-based bearing and power transmission company. Jean-Pierre is an award-winning academic, attaining the status of Dean's Scholar during his B.Sc. He was also an Executive Member of the IP Journal Club at Queen's University. Prior to being admitted to the Bar, Jean-Pierre was an articling student with the firm. Jean-Pierre is fluent in French. |
