H. Roger HartB.Sc. (Mech. Eng.), LL.B.Roger’s practice focuses on patent and trademark law with a focus on patents and technology licensing. Prior to joining Bereskin & Parr, Roger gained valuable industry experience by working in the automobile manufacturing industry. Roger has been active within the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC), and is as past President of the institute. Roger is involved in the training of new Canadian patent agents. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and educational seminars, and has written several papers dealing with licensing intellectual property. Accolades
