François is a partner with Bereskin & Parr and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. François' practice focuses on all aspects of trademark law in addition to copyright, licensing and related agreements, and intellectual property litigation.
François’ masters of law degree from McGill University has a specialization in intellectual property and technology law.
François is a member of the International Trademark Association’s (INTA) Unreal Campaign Committee. François is also the Director for the 2016 edition of the Understanding Trade-Marks summer course, offered by the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC) and McGill University.
Prior to joining Bereskin & Parr LLP, François practiced at a Montréal firm specializing in business law.
François is fluent in French and English.
