C. Lloyd SarginsonB.Sc. (Chem. Eng.), LL.B.Lloyd provides opinion and strategic planning advice relating to all aspects of intellectual property to clients with both large and small IP portfolios. He has extensive experience in advising clients with respect to the management, protection, licensing and enforcement of trademarks and patents. After receiving his engineering degree, Lloyd worked for several years in the natural gas industry as an engineer before obtaining his law degree. Lloyd served as managing partner of Bereskin & Parr LLP for many years. He is also a past member of the Board of Directors for the International Trademark Association (INTA). He is also currently a member of INTA’s Emerging Issues Committee (EIC). Lloyd is a frequent participant in conferences and continuing education programs on intellectual property in Canada, the United States, and Europe. Lloyd has an avid interest in photography, squash, skiing, hiking, and reading. |
