Adam BobkerB.Sc. (Elec. Eng.), LL.B.Adam’s practice focuses on litigation of a wide range of intellectual property disputes. He has acted for clients in many industries, such as oil production equipment, farm equipment, wind turbines, building materials, pharmaceuticals, financial services, cosmetics, toys and games, video distribution, image companies, and office supplies. He acts as counsel on motions, trials, and appeals. Adam has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court, Ontario Court of Appeal, Federal Court of Canada, and Federal Court of Appeal. Prior to joining the firm, Adam spent several years practicing commercial litigation. Before taking his law degree, Adam was a plant engineer at the General Motors car body assembly plant in Oshawa, Ontario.
