MIP’s Trade Mark Survey 2011 Ranks Bereskin & Parr as a Tier 1 Firm for Trade Marks in Canada

The results of the Trade Marks Survey 2011 were released in the March 2011 issue of Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) magazine. Bereskin & Parr LLP was ranked as a Tier 1 Canadian firm in both categories: Trade Mark Contentious and Trademark Prosecution.
In order to compile this survey, MIP researchers contacted firms in more than 80 jurisdictions to ask them for information and feedback on the rankings. Client feedback was also used.
