Recent Decisions provides summaries of Intellectual Property decisions being issued in Canada by the Federal or Provincial courts, by the Registrar of Trade-marks in opposition and section 45 proceedings, and by the Commissioner of Patents in patent appeal proceedings. As such, it is primarily intended for lawyers who desire an intimate knowledge of current Canadian Intellectual Property jurisprudence.
