Profile

Terry Edwards is a partner with Bereskin & Parr.

Terry obtained an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. She is a registered trade mark agent and was awarded the IPIC Educational Foundation Prize for highest standing in the 1989 trade mark agents examination.

Terry practices exclusively in the trade mark field, with an emphasis on clearance, prosecution and protection, including oppositions and non-use proceedings.

Terry is actively involved with the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada and the International Trademark Association. She is currently co-chair of the Website Committee of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada.
