Profile
Scott Pundsack is a partner with Bereskin & Parr and a co-chair of the firm’s Licensing and Transactions group. He practices out of the firm's Mississauga office.
Scott graduated with honours from the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Toronto and is a registered professional engineer (P.Eng.). After graduating from the Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto, Scott trained for the Canadian patent agency exams and was awarded the Edward J. Maybee prize for the highest score in the patent agents qualifying examinations
Scott's patent practice is focused on environmental, building sciences, and general mechanical inventions and includes oppositions, appeals and litigation. Scott also negotiates and drafts technology transfer agreements and advises on IP portfolio management issues.
