Philip earned a B.S. with distinction in electrical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a law degree from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to joining Bereskin & Parr, Philip spent over 12 years practicing intellectual property law in Boston. His previous IP portfolio management work focused on a variety of technologies including: mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry, x-ray diffraction crystallography, fiber optic instrumentation, electronic control systems, medical devices, digital video processing and liquid cooling systems.
