Profile
John Simpson is an associate lawyer with Bereskin & Parr and part of the firm’s litigation practice group.
John earned an honours B.A. in political theory from the University of King's College as well as an M.A. in political theory from the New School for Social Research. He then attended the University of Western Ontario where he obtained his law degree.
As part of the firm’s litigation team, John represents clients before the Federal Court and Federal Court of appeal in a wide range of intellectual property matters. He has particular experience in disputes involving pharmaceutical patents and the use of intellectual property on the Internet.
