Profile

Janice Bereskin is a partner with Bereskin & Parr and is a registered trade mark agent.

She was awarded the 1997 IPIC Educational Foundation Prize for highest standing in the trade mark agents examination for all of Canada. Janice also successfully completed a summer program at the Franklin Pierce Law Centre in 1996. Currently, Janice is a member of the International Trademark Association's (INTA) Meetings committee and is an active member of the INTA.

Janice's practice focuses on Canadian and international trade marks. She has in depth experience in search analysis, filing applications, oppositions and cancellation proceedings. Janice offers clients strategic advice for protecting their trade marks in Canada and abroad.
