Profile

Jane Sarjeant is an associate with Bereskin & Parr and a registered trade mark agent.

Jane has extensive experience in search analysis, filing applications, trade mark clearance, opposition and prosecution, and cancellation proceedings. Jane is a member of the firm's trade mark group and searching committee, and oversees the firm's searching department.

Jane is a member of the Intellectual Property Institute's Self-Governance and Privilege Committee, the Bulletin Committee and the Membership Committee. She is also a member of the International Trademark Association's Dilution and Well Known Marks Committee. Jane is an instructor for the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada’s Trade Mark Agent Online Training Course for Section 45 Proceedings.
