James Raakman is an associate lawyer with Bereskin & Parr and a registered Canadian and United States patent agent.
James attended McMaster University where he received a Bachelor of Engineering and Management in mechanical engineering in 1992. He then graduated from Queen's University in 1997, with his law degree. Before joining Bereskin & Parr James gained extensive engineering experience while working in the automotive industry for five years.
James’ practice is focused on patent prosecution, primarily of mechanical innovations.
