Profile

David Kozman is an associate lawyer with Bereskin & Parr.

David holds a B.A. in English literature and philosophy from the University of Toronto and an MBA in finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He attended the DePaul University College of Law, during which he was a member of the DePaul Journal of Art and Entertainment Law and clerked for the Illinois Attorney General and for Lawyers for the Creative Arts in Chicago. David completed his articles with Bereskin & Parr.

David practices in all areas of intellectual property litigation, with a particular focus on copyright and trade mark matters, and has represented clients before the Ontario and Federal Courts.
