John will handle patent, trade mark and copyright matters. John joins us from another Toronto law firm where his practice focused on pharmaceutical patent litigation and the use of intellectual property on the Internet.

Bereskin & Parr welcomes Robin Coster, as counsel to our Mississauga office.
Robin was a partner with Bereskin & Parr prior to joining the partnership of an international business law firm where he helped to establish its IP practice and head its IP Financial Services and IP Management groups.
Robin is a member of the firm's Software/High Technology group. His practice focuses on strategic planning and management of IP assets including patents, designs and trade marks and related drafting, prosecution, licensing and opinions.
